INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 400g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 500g fresh bean sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🍄 1 mushroom, sliced
- 🧄 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
- Assorted vegetables, as preferred
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp cooking wine
ÉTAPES
Place sliced onion on the bottom of a pan.
Add washed bean sprouts generously on top of the onion.
Add sliced mushroom, green onion, and other preferred vegetables on top.
Place thinly sliced pork belly around the bean sprouts.
Mix the seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the sauce.
Pour the sauce evenly over the bean sprouts and meat.
Cook on high heat until the bean sprouts start to wilt, then reduce to medium heat.
Once the meat is fully cooked, serve and enjoy!
