INGRÉDIENTS

- 🧈 300g tofu
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, chopped
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 💧 1 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Cut the tofu into rectangular slices and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
Season the tofu with salt and pepper.
Mix soy sauce, chili powder, minced garlic, sugar, and water in a bowl to create the sauce.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the tofu slices and pan-fry for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Lower the heat to medium and pour the sauce over the tofu.
Flip the tofu once to coat both sides with the sauce.
Cook for another minute until the sauce thickens and the tofu is well-coated.
