INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 🥚 2-3 eggs
- 🥓 50g bacon
- 🥕 sufficient amount of carrot
- 🧅 1/2 green onion
Seasonings
- 🧂 3 pinches of salt
- a few dashes of pepper
- sufficient amount of olive oil
ÉTAPES
Chop enoki mushrooms into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl. Dice bacon, green onion, and carrot.
Crack 2-3 eggs into the bowl, add 3 pinches of salt and a few dashes of pepper.
Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
Heat a pan over low heat, add olive oil, and scoop a spoonful of the mixture onto the pan.
Cook until golden brown on both sides. Serve warm.
