Main Ingredients
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🥓 2 strips of bacon, chopped
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- A drizzle of sesame oil
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
Sauce Ingredients
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp anchovy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 💧 6 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Mix soy sauce, sugar, anchovy sauce, rice wine, and water to create the sauce.
Prepare ingredients: slice the onion thinly and chop the bacon.
Heat garlic in a pan and sauté until fragrant.
Add bacon and stir-fry until slightly browned.
Add onions and stir-fry until golden and softened.
Pour the sauce and beaten eggs into the pan.
Serve the stir-fried mixture over a bowl of rice.
Finish with sesame oil and garnish with sesame seeds.
