- 🥓 100g bacon
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
Sauce Ingredients
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
ÉTAPES
Mix the sauce ingredients: sugar, soy sauce, mirin, oyster sauce, and minced garlic in a bowl.
Cut the bacon into bite-sized pieces and slice the onion thinly.
Heat a pan over medium heat, add cooking oil, and fry the bacon until crispy.
Add the sauce and sliced onion to the pan, cooking until the onion becomes translucent.
Serve the cooked bacon and onion mixture over hot rice, top with an egg yolk, and sprinkle parsley for garnish.
