- 🥔 3 potatoes, peeled and diced
Seasonings
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
Garnish
- Chopped green onion
- Sprinkle of sesame seeds
Liquid
- Enough water to partially cover potatoes
ÉTAPES
Peel and dice 3 potatoes into cubes of similar size.
Soak the diced potatoes in water for 10 minutes to remove excess starch.
Place the potatoes in a pan and add enough water to partially cover them.
Add 4 tbsp soy sauce and 3 tbsp brown sugar to the pan.
Cover the pan and cook on high heat for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, uncover and shake the pan gently to avoid breaking the potatoes. Continue cooking until the liquid reduces.
Finish by garnishing with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
