- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage
- 3 chili peppers

- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Wash 1/4 head of cabbage under running water, cut into bite-sized pieces, and toss with 1 tbsp salt to soften and season lightly.
Wash 3 chili peppers and finely chop them.
Prepare the sauce by mixing 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, and 1 tsp lemon juice. Stir well.
Rinse the salted cabbage lightly with water and mix with chopped chili peppers.
Add 2 eggs to the cabbage mixture and mix thoroughly.
Heat a frying pan over low heat and add 2 tbsp vegetable oil.
Spoon the cabbage mixture onto the pan and shape it into a pancake. Cook until golden brown.
Flip the pancake using a plate instead of a spatula to maintain its shape. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
