INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍜 300g somyeon (thin noodles)
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 🥒 1/4 zucchini, sliced
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, sliced
- 🥚 1 egg
Broth
- 💧 1.5L water
- 2 coin broth cubes
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
Seasoning Sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Slice zucchini and carrot thinly, and chop green onion into small pieces.
Boil 1.5L water in a pot and add 2 coin broth cubes. Bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Add 2 tbsp soy sauce to season the broth.
Add zucchini and carrot to the broth, then boil over high heat. Reduce to medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Beat 1 egg and gently pour into the broth. Stir lightly once the egg starts to set.
Mix all seasoning sauce ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Cook 300g somyeon noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Place noodles in a bowl, pour broth over them, and top with seasoning sauce.
