- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork
- 🍢 1 block (300g) grilled tofu
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🌱 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
ÉTAPES
Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces and slice the onion into wedges.
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and marinate it in a bowl with sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and grated ginger.
Place the pork, tofu, and onion into a frying pan. Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Stir the mixture gently to combine flavors, then simmer for another 5 minutes while occasionally stirring. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
