INGRÉDIENTS

- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g), peeled and cut
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced into wedges
- 🌱 4 green beans, trimmed and sliced

- 100g shirataki noodles
- 4 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 💧 200cc water
- 1 tbsp salad oil
ÉTAPES
Peel and cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces, soak in water for 5 minutes, then drain. Slice onion into wedges and trim green beans, cutting them diagonally into thirds.
Rub shirataki noodles with 1 tsp salt, rinse with water, and drain. Boil shirataki in a pot of water for 3 minutes, drain, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat, add beef, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add potatoes and onions, stirring until coated with oil.
Add shirataki, soy sauce, and water. Bring to a boil, skim off foam, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Add green beans and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes. Serve hot.
