Main Ingredients
- 100g ham
- 🧅 1/2 large onion
- 🥕 1 handful carrot
- 🥔 1/2 medium potato
- 1/2 stalk green onion
- 🍚 2 servings cooked rice
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 🥚 4 eggs
Sauce Ingredients
- 6 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 💧 100ml water
ÉTAPES
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Chop all the main ingredients finely.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté green onion, onion, and potato.
Add carrot and ham, then season with salt, pepper, and ketchup.
Mix in the cooked rice and stir well off the heat.
Beat the eggs and cook into a thin omelet. Place the fried rice on top.
Flip the omelet onto a plate and shape it neatly.
Simmer the sauce on low heat for 5 minutes.
Pour the sauce over the omurice and garnish with parsley.
