- 🧅 2 onions, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped

- 🧂 1.5 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 tbsp cooking oil

ÉTAPES
Prepare 2 small onions by peeling and slicing them thinly.
Chop 1/2 stalk of green onion into small pieces.
Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a frying pan and add the chopped green onion to make green onion oil.
Add the sliced onions to the pan and stir-fry until they become translucent.
Add 1.5 tbsp of soy sauce and stir-fry briefly to coat the onions.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle a pinch of sesame seeds over the onions.
