Meat
- 🐖 200g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/2 cup chopped kimchi
- A small amount of paprika
- 🧅 A small amount of chopped onion
- 🥕 A small amount of chopped carrot
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧂 1 pinch of salt
- 🍬 A small amount of sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- A small amount of ground pepper
ÉTAPES
Prepare 200g of ground pork.
Chop 1/2 cup of kimchi into small pieces.
Dice onion, carrot, and paprika into small pieces.
Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and sauté 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic.
Add the ground pork to the pan and season with a small amount of ground pepper.
When the pork is almost cooked, add the chopped kimchi and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add the diced vegetables, a pinch of salt, and a small amount of sugar. Stir-fry until the onion becomes translucent.
Add 1 tbsp of chili powder and stir-fry until well combined.
Turn off the heat and finish with a drizzle of sesame oil.
Serve the pork kimchi stir-fry over rice.
