- 1/2 can of diced spam
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 💧 3 tbsp water
- Mayonnaise to taste

- Some parsley flakes
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion and dice the spam. Optionally, blanch the spam for a healthier option.
Prepare scrambled eggs by whisking the eggs and cooking them in a lightly oiled pan.
Pan-fry the diced spam until golden brown without adding oil.
Combine soy sauce, corn syrup, and water in a pan. Bring to a boil, then add sliced onions and simmer until translucent.
Plate the rice in a bowl, layer scrambled eggs, cooked onions, and fried spam on top. Drizzle mayonnaise to taste and garnish with seaweed and parsley flakes.
