ÉTAPES
Wash the bell peppers and carrots, then slice the bell peppers and julienne the carrots.
Slice the chicken breast and lightly season it with salt and pepper.
Heat a frying pan, add oil, and stir-fry the chicken over medium heat.
Add the bell peppers and carrots, and stir-fry for several minutes.
