INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 2 bunches (60g) watercress
Seasoning
- 2g bonito flakes
- A pinch of white sesame seeds
Sauce
- 💧 50cc water
- 1/2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
ÉTAPES
Trim the root ends of the watercress. Boil water in a pot, add the watercress, and cook for about 30 seconds. Cool it in water, squeeze out excess moisture, and cut into 3cm pieces.
In a bowl, mix the sauce ingredients (water and soy sauce) and the prepared watercress. Cover with plastic wrap pressed directly onto the surface and refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
Serve on a plate, sprinkle with bonito flakes, and garnish with white sesame seeds.
