- 300g rice cakes
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp curry powder
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
ÉTAPES
Mix gochujang, chili powder, soy sauce, sugar, and curry powder together to create the sauce.
Add 300ml of water to a pan and dissolve the sauce over medium heat.
Once the water starts boiling, add the rice cakes and cook until softened. Add 1/2 tbsp black pepper to taste.
Simmer for about 3 minutes on low heat while stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens.
