INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🎃 1 whole pumpkin
- 🧄 2 blocks minced garlic
- 🧄 2 handfuls whole garlic cloves
Meat
- 450g smoked duck
Condiments
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- To taste black pepper
Dairy
- 150g pizza cheese

- A small amount of cooking oil
ÉTAPES
Wash the pumpkin thoroughly.
Wrap the pumpkin in a plastic bag and microwave for 4 minutes.
Cut off the lid and scoop out the seeds. Be careful with your hands.
Spread corn syrup evenly on the inner surface of the pumpkin.
Heat a pan, add cooking oil, and sauté minced garlic.
Add whole garlic cloves and continue sautéing.
Add smoked duck and stir-fry until heated through.
Add oyster sauce and black pepper, then mix well.
Fill the pumpkin with the stir-fried mixture.
Place parchment paper in the air fryer basket, cover the pumpkin with its lid, and cook at 180°C for 10 minutes.
Slice the pumpkin into portions.
Top each slice with pizza cheese and cook at 180°C for 5 minutes.
Serve the pumpkin slices on a plate.
