Main Ingredients
- 300g smoked duck
- 100g chives
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion into thin strips, about 0.3cm thick.
Cut the chives into 5cm pieces.
Mix red pepper flakes, sugar, plum extract, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and roasted sesame seeds in a bowl to create the seasoning.
Add the sliced onion and chives to the seasoning mixture and toss well.
Pan-fry the smoked duck in a preheated pan until golden and crispy on both sides.
Arrange the smoked duck and seasoned chive salad on a serving plate.
