- 200g smoked duck
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥔 1 small potato, sliced
- Some paprika, sliced
- Some chives, chopped
Condiments
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of pepper
Cooking Oil
- Some vegetable oil
ÉTAPES
Slice paprika, onion, potato, and chives as described. Adjust vegetables based on availability.
Boil water and briefly blanch the smoked duck for about 10 seconds to remove excess fat. Drain and pat dry.
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, water, corn syrup, minced garlic, and pepper.
Cut the blanched smoked duck into bite-sized pieces.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and cook the sliced potatoes until tender.
Reduce heat or turn off the stove before adding the sauce to prevent burning.
Add the sauce and let it simmer. Then add all vegetables except chives.
Mix the smoked duck and chives into the pan after turning off the heat.
