INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 100g smoked salmon
- 🥬 1 turnip with leaves (80g)
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g)
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
Marinade
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
ÉTAPES
Peel the turnip, leaving about 1cm of the stem, and cut it in half lengthwise. Slice each half into 8 wedges. Thinly slice the onion horizontally, soak it in water, and drain after 5 minutes.
Place the turnip in a bowl, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, and mix. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then pat dry with a paper towel.
In a separate bowl, mix the marinade ingredients (sugar, salt, pepper, white wine vinegar, olive oil). Add the smoked salmon, onion, and turnip, mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
