INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 50g bamboo shoot (boiled)
- 4 snap peas
Starch
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tsp miso
ÉTAPES
Wash the bamboo shoot under running water and cut into 1cm cubes.
Remove the strings from the snap peas and slice diagonally into 1cm pieces.
In a bowl, combine the bamboo shoot and snap peas, then coat with potato starch.
In a separate bowl, mix the ground pork and seasonings (sake, grated ginger, miso) until sticky. Add the bamboo shoot and snap peas mixture and mix lightly. Divide into 6 portions and shape into round patties.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the patties and cook until browned on one side.
Flip the patties, cover with a lid, and steam over low heat for about 5 minutes.
