- Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Remove the stems and strings from the snap peas.
Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, and blanch the snap peas briefly. Then, rinse under cold water and drain.
Cut the boiled eggs into quarters lengthwise.
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, grain mustard, ground white sesame, and pepper. Add the snap peas and boiled eggs, and toss gently to coat evenly.
