- 1 tbsp mirin

- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
ÉTAPES
Remove the strings from the snap peas.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, grated ginger) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add snap peas and baby scallops, stir-frying until coated with oil.
Add the seasoning mixture and stir-fry until the liquid reduces and coats the ingredients.
