Meat
- 250g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 cabbage (300g), chopped
- 🍃 100g snap peas, halved
Condiments
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
ÉTAPES
Cut the pork belly into 5cm wide slices.
Chop cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Remove strings from snap peas and cut diagonally in half. Mince garlic after removing its core.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, sugar, miso) in a bowl.
Heat 1 tbsp salad oil in a pan, stir-fry snap peas over medium heat until coated with oil, then remove. Repeat with cabbage and remove.
Heat 1 tsp salad oil in the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add pork and stir-fry until its color changes. Add doubanjiang and mix well.
Add the mixed seasoning to the pork, stir to coat evenly, then return snap peas and cabbage to the pan and stir-fry together.
