Meat
- 200g ground pork
- 200g ground beef
Seasoning
- 🧅 2 tbsp sautéed minced onion
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/3 cup water
Sauce
- 1 handful of mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧈 20g butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2.5 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 120g water
Potato Salad
- 🥔 150g boiled potato
- Adequate amount of mayonnaise
- Adequate amount of Parmesan cheese
Decoration
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- Small amount of seaweed
- 🥕 Small amount of carrot
- Small amount of black sesame
ÉTAPES
Combine ground pork, ground beef, sautéed onion, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, ketchup, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Mix thoroughly until the mixture becomes sticky.
Divide the mixture into four portions and shape into hamburger steaks.
Heat oil in a pan and cook the hamburger steaks until golden brown on both sides.
Reduce heat to low, add 1/3 cup water, cover, and steam until fully cooked.
Prepare the sauce by slicing mushrooms and onion into small pieces.
Melt butter in the same pan used for cooking steaks, then sauté onion and mushrooms.
Add soy sauce, sugar, ketchup, and water to the pan and simmer until thickened.
Mash boiled potatoes and mix with mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese.
Shape the potato mixture into snowman shapes and coat with Parmesan cheese.
Decorate the snowman faces with seaweed, carrot, and black sesame.
Pour the sauce over the hamburger steaks, place the steaks on a plate, and top with cheddar cheese and snowman potato salad.
