- 🥔 1 potato, finely chopped
- 7 Vienna sausages, finely chopped
- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
- 🧀 70g pizza cheese
- A small amount of cooking oil
- A small amount of parsley powder
ÉTAPES
Finely chop the potato and Vienna sausages.
Beat the egg in a bowl.
Mix the chopped potato and sausages into the beaten egg.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and spread the mixture evenly into a round shape.
Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
Sprinkle pizza cheese evenly on top and add parsley powder. Cover the pan to melt the cheese.
Transfer the pancake to a serving plate.
Cut into appropriate sizes and serve.
