Main Ingredients
- 1–2 packs soft tofu
- 200g ground pork
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, chopped
- 1 red chili, sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Sprinkle of sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 4 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp doenjang (Korean soybean paste)
- 🧄 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1.5 tbsp sugar
ÉTAPES
Chop onion, carrot, and slice green onion and red chili. Prepare vegetables based on availability.
Mix gochujang, chili powder, soy sauce, doenjang, minced garlic, and sugar to create the sauce.
Heat oil in a pan, add green onion to make green onion oil. Add onion and stir-fry, then add carrot and red chili.
Add ground pork and cooking wine, stir-fry until pork loses its pink color.
Add the sauce and stir-fry briefly, then add 1 cup of rice water and bring to a boil over high heat.
Add soft tofu in chunks, cover, and simmer on low heat for 1–2 minutes.
Finish with sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
