INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 350g soft tofu
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1L water
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp anchovy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A dash of sesame oil
- A dash of pepper
ÉTAPES
Chop the green onion and slice the onion.
Beat the eggs gently in a bowl.
Boil 1L water with soy sauce and anchovy sauce in a pot.
Reduce to medium heat, add minced garlic and sliced onion.
Pour the beaten eggs slowly into the boiling soup and let them cook before stirring.
Add the soft tofu, breaking it into chunks as desired.
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
Add chopped green onion, simmer briefly, then turn off the heat. Finish with sesame oil and pepper.
