INGRÉDIENTS
Noodles
- 100g somen noodles
Protein
- 3 sausages, halved diagonally
Vegetables
- 🥬 3 cabbage leaves, chopped
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut the sausages diagonally in half.
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Boil the somen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Mix with half of the sesame oil (1/2 tbsp).
Heat the remaining sesame oil (1/2 tbsp) in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the sausages and cabbage, and stir-fry until the cabbage softens. Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry briefly.
Add the somen noodles to the pan and stir-fry, loosening the noodles. Add the seasonings (sake, salt, soy sauce, chicken stock powder, and pepper) and mix well.
