- 150g somen noodles
Meat
- 100g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 1 stalk chopped green onion
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1.5 tbsp concentrated noodle sauce
ÉTAPES
Boil water in a pot, cook somen noodles according to package instructions, rinse under cold water, and drain.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add pork, and stir-fry until the pork changes color. Season with salt and pepper, then add bean sprouts and stir-fry.
Add the cooked somen noodles to the pan and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add noodle sauce and mix well.
Plate the dish and garnish with chopped green onion.
