INGRÉDIENTS
Noodles
- 2 bundles (100g) somen noodles
Meat
- 100g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 50g garlic chives, cut into 4cm pieces
- 100g bean sprouts
Seasonings
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauces
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut the garlic chives into 4cm pieces and trim the roots.
Slice the pork belly into 3cm pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Boil somen noodles for 30 seconds less than the package instructions. Rinse under cold water to remove starch and mix with half the sesame oil.
Heat the remaining sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat. Stir-fry the pork belly until the color changes, then add garlic chives and bean sprouts. Stir until coated with oil.
Add the somen noodles and seasoning sauce (sake, soy sauce, salt, and pepper). Stir-fry until evenly mixed.
