ÉTAPES
Chop the chives into 3cm pieces.
Boil somen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and cut into bite-sized lengths.
In a bowl, beat the egg and mix in somen, chives, corn, salt, pepper, and consomme powder.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, shape the mixture into bite-sized portions, add pizza cheese on top, and cook over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
Mix ketchup and mayonnaise in a bowl, sprinkle with parsley to create the sauce.
