INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes
- 9 broad beans
- 🌽 3 tbsp whole corn
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp potato starch
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
Cheese
- 🧀 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 🧀 2 slices processed cheese
Oil
- 3 tbsp salad oil
ÉTAPES
Cut the potatoes into 1 cm slices.
Place the potatoes in a pot, add water to cover, and bring to a boil.
Once the potatoes are tender, add the shelled broad beans and cook for 2 more minutes.
Drain the water and transfer the potatoes to a bowl.
Mash the potatoes until smooth.
Add potato starch, salt, and Parmesan cheese to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
Add the corn and finely chopped broad beans, then mix again.
Divide the mixture into 8 portions, wrap each around a small piece of processed cheese, and shape into patties.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, place the patties in, and cook until golden brown on all sides.
