Main Ingredients
- 🌭 300g Vienna sausages
- 🍘 2 handfuls rice cakes
- Adequate amount of cooking oil
- 🌾 Adequate amount of sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
ÉTAPES
Prepare the seasoning by mixing gochujang, soy sauce, minced garlic, sugar, corn syrup, and ketchup in a bowl.
Rinse the rice cakes in water. If using frozen rice cakes, thaw them before use.
Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a pan and add the rice cakes and Vienna sausages.
Cook until the rice cakes become soft and the sausages are golden brown, stirring occasionally.
Add the prepared seasoning to the pan and stir well to coat the rice cakes and sausages evenly.
Continue stirring on low heat until the seasoning is fully absorbed.
Sprinkle sesame seeds generously over the dish before serving.
