- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
- 🌰 50g roasted soybeans
- Enough flour for coating
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- Enough salad oil for frying
Seasoning
- 2 tsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- A pinch of grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Place roasted soybeans in a bag and crush them using a rolling pin.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Mix chicken pieces with sake, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in a bowl. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
Coat the chicken pieces in flour, then beaten egg, and finally crushed soybeans.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C (340°F). Fry the coated chicken pieces, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
