INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 200g ground pork
Vegetables
- 300g silken tofu
- 200g bean sprouts
- 50g chives
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Liquid
- 200cc unsweetened soy milk
Condiments
- Chili oil to taste
Seasoning for Meat
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
Soup Base
- 600cc water
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 3 tbsp miso
- 3 tbsp ground sesame
ÉTAPES
Heat sesame oil in a pot and add ground pork along with the seasoning for meat (doubanjiang, garlic, ginger). Stir-fry over medium-low heat for about 3 minutes.
Add water and chicken stock powder to the pot. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Stir in miso and ground sesame until well combined.
Scoop silken tofu into bite-sized pieces using a spoon and add to the pot. Add bean sprouts and cover again, simmering for 3 minutes.
Cut chives directly into the pot using kitchen scissors. Add soy milk and heat until warm. Drizzle chili oil to taste before serving.
