INGRÉDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 1 serving of pasta
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
Vegetables
- 🧄 5 cloves of garlic, sliced
- 🧅 A small amount of sliced onion
- 2 chili peppers, sliced
- A handful of arugula
Protein
- 🥓 4 strips of bacon
Cheese
- 🧀 A small amount of grated cheese
Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Slice garlic, onion, chili peppers, and arugula. Prepare bacon by slicing diagonally.
Mix soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil until sugar dissolves.
Boil pasta in salted water for 8 minutes. Drain and coat with olive oil to prevent sticking.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté sliced garlic until fragrant.
Add onion, chili peppers, and bacon to the pan. Stir-fry until vegetables are translucent.
Add cooked pasta and soy sauce mixture to the pan. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Plate the pasta and top with fresh arugula and grated cheese.
