- 🥔 3 small potatoes

- 🥕 1 carrot
- 🧅 2 green onions
Seasoning
- 8-10 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 💧 3-4 cups water
ÉTAPES
Wash the chicken under running water and prepare it.
Cut the vegetables (potatoes, onion, carrot, green onions) into bite-sized pieces.
Blanch the chicken in boiling water for about 10 minutes, then rinse under cold water.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing soy sauce, corn syrup, sugar, minced garlic, mirin, and water.
Place the blanched chicken, onion, potatoes, and carrot into a pot.
Pour the prepared seasoning over the chicken and vegetables.
Let the chicken and vegetables marinate in the seasoning for 30 minutes.
Add water to the pot until the chicken is submerged, approximately 3-4 cups.
Bring the pot to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Add the sliced green onions and simmer for a few more minutes.
