INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 200g salmon
- 1/2 tbsp sake
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Sauce
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oligo syrup
- 💧 100ml water
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped green onion
ÉTAPES
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
Season the salmon with salt, pepper, and 1/2 tbsp sake.
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, oligo syrup, water, sesame oil, minced garlic, and chopped onion.
Heat a pan with canola oil and sauté sliced garlic until fragrant.
Pan-fry the marinated salmon on medium heat until one side is cooked.
Flip the salmon, add half of the sauce and sliced onion, and let it simmer for 1 minute.
Flip the salmon again, add the remaining sauce, and cook until the sauce thickens.
Plate the salmon and garnish with thinly sliced onion and chopped green onion.
