- 🍄 1 pack king oyster mushrooms
- 🌱 2 tbsp chopped scallions
- 🧈 1 piece butter
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 💧 2 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Trim the ends of the king oyster mushrooms and rinse them under running water. Slice the mushrooms lengthwise into approximately 2 cm thick pieces.
Prepare the sauce by mixing minced garlic, corn syrup, soy sauce, sesame oil, chopped scallions, and water in a bowl.
Heat a pan over medium-low heat and melt a piece of butter.
Place the mushroom slices in the pan and cook slowly over medium-low heat until golden brown on both sides.
Pour the prepared sauce over the mushrooms and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Turn off the heat once the sauce has reduced and coated the mushrooms.
