Main Ingredients
- 🍗 4-5 pieces leftover chicken
- 🧅 1 large onion, sliced
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion, chopped
- 🥚 2 eggs, lightly beaten
Seasoning
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
ÉTAPES
Shred the leftover chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the onion and chop the green onion finely.
Beat the eggs lightly with a pinch of salt.
Mix soy sauce, water, sugar, corn syrup, oyster sauce, and cooking wine in a bowl.
Add the sliced onion to the sauce mixture and bring it to a simmer.
Place the shredded chicken and chopped green onion on top of the simmering sauce.
Simmer for 7-10 minutes until the sauce is absorbed by the chicken and onions.
Pour the beaten eggs gently over the mixture and cook until slightly set.
Serve the mixture over rice in a deep bowl and enjoy.
