INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 🍖 300g pork shoulder or neck
Vegetables
- 4 green chilies
Oil
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 2.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 pinches ginger powder
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped scallion
- 1 pinch black pepper
ÉTAPES
Combine all seasoning ingredients in a bowl and mix until sugar dissolves.
Heat a pan on high heat and cook pork slices until 90% done.
Add the prepared seasoning sauce to the pan and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Add chopped green chilies and stir-fry for 20–30 seconds.
Serve hot over rice for a complete meal.
