- 250-300g fish cake
- 🧅 1/2 small onion
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- Generous sprinkle of sesame seeds
- Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Slice the fish cake into bite-sized pieces and chop the onion finely.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add the fish cake and onion.
Add soy sauce, mirin, and oligosaccharide to the pan and stir well.
Cook for 5-7 minutes until the fish cake is slightly browned and the sauce thickens.
Turn off the heat and drizzle sesame oil over the dish. Sprinkle sesame seeds and pepper before serving.
