- 300g rice cakes
- 300g ground pork
- 3 sheets flat fish cake
- 🧅 1 green onion
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of black pepper
- 💧 1 cup water
ÉTAPES
Prepare ground pork or cut pork into small pieces.
Soak rice cakes in cold water for 10–20 minutes to reduce cooking time.
Cut flat fish cakes into bite-sized pieces.
Slice green onion into small pieces.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic and sliced green onion for 30 seconds.
Add ground pork to the pan and cook until browned.
Add fish cakes, soy sauce, corn syrup, and sugar to the pan. Stir and cook until pork is fully cooked.
Add soaked rice cakes and stir-fry briefly. Pour 1 cup of water into the pan and bring to a boil.
Add a pinch of black pepper and simmer while stirring until the sauce thickens and rice cakes are tender.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve warm.
