- 🦑 1 squid, cleaned and sliced
- 🥒 1/4 zucchini, sliced
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧄 1 cup green onion, chopped
- 🧂 A pinch of coarse salt
- A small amount of olive oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oligo syrup
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🌾 A pinch of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Prepare the vegetables by slicing them into bite-sized pieces.
Clean the squid by rubbing it with coarse salt, rinse thoroughly under running water, and drain.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, oligo syrup, sugar, mirin, sesame oil, minced garlic) in a bowl.
Heat a pan with a small amount of olive oil and sauté the green onions to create a fragrant oil base.
Add the vegetables and squid to the pan and stir-fry quickly over high heat.
Once the squid is slightly cooked, add the prepared seasoning and stir-fry until the vegetables are tender.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve immediately.
