INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 green onion, chopped
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 40g cabbage, shredded
Protein
- 50g pork loin, sliced
Staple
- 1 pack udon noodles
Condiments
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2/3 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Garnish
- Chives, as needed
- Mayonnaise, as needed
ÉTAPES
Chop green onion and chives, slice onion and cabbage. Prepare pork loin by slicing it thinly.
Mix soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and water to create the stir-fry sauce. Stir until sugar dissolves.
Heat 3 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan and sauté green onion lightly for 30 seconds.
Add pork loin to the pan and cook until 80% done.
Add the prepared sauce and vegetables to the pan. Stir and cook until vegetables are slightly softened.
Place udon noodles in the center of the pan. Cook on medium-low heat, flipping occasionally to absorb the sauce.
Increase heat to high and stir-fry until all liquid evaporates.
Plate the stir-fried udon, garnish with chopped chives and drizzle mayonnaise on top.
