Main Ingredients
- 🍚 2 servings of cooked rice
- 300g tofu, cubed
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of ground pepper
- 2-3 tbsp starch water
- A dash of sesame oil
Soy Sauce Mixture
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 💧 100ml water
ÉTAPES
Prepare HACCP-certified tofu.
Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar to create the soy sauce mixture.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped green onion.
Add sliced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion turns translucent.
Add enoki mushrooms and stir-fry briefly.
Pour 100ml of water into the pan.
Add the soy sauce mixture and bring to a gentle boil.
Add the tofu cubes and sprinkle ground pepper.
Simmer until the tofu absorbs the flavors, stirring occasionally.
Add a dash of sesame oil and thicken the sauce with starch water.
Serve the tofu mixture over cooked rice.
