ÉTAPES

In a pot, add consommé, salt, and water, then heat over medium heat until boiling. Add the boiled soybeans and bring to a boil again. Slowly pour in the egg mixture.
Once the egg has set, turn off the heat. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with black pepper.
