INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 150g minced pork
Legumes
- 80g cooked soybeans
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 2g dried hijiki, rehydrated
Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 2 tsp potato starch
Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Rehydrate hijiki in plenty of water and drain. Mince the onion.
In a bowl, combine minced pork, soybeans, onion, hijiki, and seasonings. Mash the soybeans slightly and mix until sticky. Divide into two portions and shape into oval patties.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the patties and cook until browned.
Flip the patties, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes until fully cooked.
Remove excess oil with a paper towel. Add teriyaki sauce ingredients and cook over medium heat, coating the patties until the sauce thickens.
